James Contracting are recruiting, we are looking for a highly motivated, organised problem solver to join our expanding family run company.

The job role requires a class 2 hgv licence to operate one of our busy grab lorries. Hiab experience would be an advantage but not essential.

Candidate should have a valid DCPC and a digital tachograph card. The successful applicant will need to work effectively and efficiently within the rules relating to driver’s hours regulations.

In line with company policy, drivers should be of a smart and well turned out appearance along with a professional attitude and approach to a varying customer base of both private and commercial individuals. This would entail effective communication between all parties and a can-do attitude towards daily challenges.

Full training, uniform and appropriate PPE will of course be provided as well as a highly competitive salary, working conditions and terms.

Company pension scheme available as well as regular pay reviews.

This is a full time position with a salary circa £25,600 with lots of potential for overtime and enhancing your pay.
